11. Application Methods
You can submit your claims regarding your rights to our Company using the following methods:

(ii) After filling out the application form and signing it with a "secure electronic signature" within the scope of the Electronic Signature Law No. 5070, the form with the secure electronic signature must be sent to bilgi@avasya.com.tr via registered electronic mail.,

Your applications will be processed free of charge within a maximum of 30 days. However, if the Personal Data Protection Board prescribes a fee, the fee will be charged according to the tariff determined by our Company.
